Based on PP, PC, SAN, PE, PMMA, EVA, ect, with high luminescent pigment going through a special process, the plastic material, like the PC-EM could be treated either through injection or compression moulding to produce different photo luminous items.
Special feathers:
- High photo luminous pigment content ¨C 50%weight or more;
- Environment-friendly , no radiation and energy conservative;
- Color light. the masterbatch and products look buff;
- Easy using, it could be injected or compressed by ordinary equipment after mixing with corresponding resin in ratio;
- Easy coloring, dyes could be added to the pigments for different items, especially convenient for bright color items;
- Long durability, items made of the photo luminous plastic could be used for more than 20 years indoor and 5 years outdoor;
